Personal data policy

Draft. The text must be reviewed by a lawyer and the operator’s details filled in before real requests are collected. This English text is a reference translation; the Russian version is legally binding.

1. Operator

2. What data is processed

• the name or form of address given in the form;
• a contact for the reply: phone, e-mail or Telegram username;
• the text of the request and the chosen direction.

The website does not use cookies or tracking counters. If web analytics is added, it will only be enabled with the visitor’s consent, and this policy will be updated.

3. Purpose of processing

Replying to the request and discussing possible cooperation. The data is not used for mailing lists and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (Articles 6 and 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), given by ticking the box in the form.

5. Storage and transfer

Form data is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS) to the operator’s notification channel. Storage location and list of processors: to be filled in by the owner in line with data localisation requirements (Article 18(5) of 152-FZ).

Data is kept no longer than needed to reply to the request and perform a possible contract, or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You can request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent by writing to the address given in section 1.

7. Data protection

Secret keys are stored on the server only; form data is validated and not written to event logs.
