A digital atelier by Lake Baikal

An “atelier” because every solution is tailored to the task. No templates you later have to work around.

How we think

Aesthetics that help business

We love beautiful things, but for us beauty is a tool, not a goal. A good website calmly explains what you do, answers the client’s questions before they are asked and makes the next step obvious.

That is why every project starts with a conversation about the business: who your clients are, where they come from and what stops them. Design, copy and technology are chosen to fit those answers.

Quality

What we consider a good result

  • Clear from the first screen

Within seconds a visitor understands who you are and how you can help.

  • Fast on any device

Pages load quickly and are easy to use on a phone with a weak connection.

  • Accessible

Contrast, keyboard navigation, field labels — WCAG 2.2 AA as the benchmark.

  • Works after launch

Requests arrive, analytics counts, and you can update the text yourself.

Design & development

How we make technical decisions

  • We choose the simplest tool that solves the task. A complex platform where a static site would do means extra maintenance costs.
  • We don’t add heavy libraries for the sake of effects: speed and usability come first.
  • We design interfaces knowing how they will be built — less is lost between the layout and the result.
  • Secrets and personal data stay on the server; forms are validated twice.
  • We hand over the source code, access and a guide — you don’t depend on the studio.

Collaboration

How we work together

  • One point of contact

You talk to the person responsible for the whole project.

  • A result at every stage

You approve something concrete: a structure, a layout, a working version.

  • Straight talk about difficulties

If something won’t fit the timeline or budget, we will tell you early and offer options.

Have a task? Let’s discuss how to solve it

Describe the situation in two or three sentences. We will reply with the options and where it makes sense to start.
